Annie Armstrong Collection
Annie Armstrong was a prominent Southern Baptist advocate for missions who lived from 1850 to 1938. She founded the Woman's Missionary Union (WMU) in 1888, which played a crucial role in supporting missionaries and promoting mission work within the Southern Baptist Convention. Her legacy continues through the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering, which funds North American missions.
Her Journals are made available here in partnership with the Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU). The original journals can be found within the WMU archives.
